Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant to join our team, who possesses a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Financial modules and a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting financial systems. As an Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financial applications to meet our client's business requirements.Key Responsibilities :- Implementation : Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets, ensuring alignment with client's business objectives and requirements.- Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements, gather functional specifications, and translate them into Oracle Fusion Financial system configurations.- Configuration : Configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules according to client specifications, leveraging best practices and industry standards to optimize system performance and functionality.- Training and Support : Conduct end-user training sessions to educate clients on the use of Oracle Fusion Financial applications, and provide ongoing support and guidance during system implementation and post-implementation phases.- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Financial projects.- Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation, including functional design documents, configuration guides, and training materials, to support system implementation and user adoption.- Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Financial applications, including troubleshooting issues, implementing system enhancements, and addressing user inquiries and concerns.Qualifications :- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.- Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials are a plus.- Experience : 4-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financial modules in a consulting or corporate environment.- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials applications, including strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets modules.- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP is preferred.- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions using Oracle Fusion Financials.- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Project Management : Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with experience leading Oracle Fusion Financial implementation projects from initiation to completion.- Client Focus : Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
