Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Senior One Identity Manager Consultant with extensive experience in architecting, implementing, and supporting identity management solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering robust One Identity Manager solutions that meet our clients' business needs and security requirements.Key Responsibilities :- Architecture Design : Lead the design and architecture of One Identity Manager solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, security standards, and client requirements.- Solution Development : Utilize your expertise in VB.net development and One Identity Manager APIs to create custom solutions, integrations, and automation workflows that extend the functionality of the platform and address specific business challenges.- Process Orchestration : Design and implement process orchestration workflows within One Identity Manager to automate identity management processes, user provisioning, access requests, and role-based access control (RBAC).- Data Management : Leverage your IM tables and SQL knowledge to perform data analysis, develop custom reports, and optimize data structures within One Identity Manager for efficient operations and reporting.- Synchronization and Reconciliation : Configure and manage synchronization processes between One Identity Manager and connected systems, ensuring data integrity, identity synchronization, and timely reconciliation of user accounts and entitlements.- Rogue Detection : Implement and configure rogue detection mechanisms within One Identity Manager to identify and mitigate security risks associated with unauthorized access and suspicious user activities.- Application Onboarding : Lead the onboarding of new applications onto the One Identity Manager platform, including the integration of application connectors, attribute mapping, and access control policies.- Documentation and Training : Create comprehensive documentation, including technical design documents, configuration guides, and training materials, to support system implementation, maintenance, and end-user training.Qualifications :- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Relevant certifications in One Identity Manager are a plus.Experience : 8-10 years of hands-on experience in architecting, implementing, and supporting identity management solutions, with significant practical experience in One Identity Manager.Technical Skills :- Strong understanding of One Identity Manager architecture and functional capabilities.- Proficiency in VB.net development, with experience in creating custom scripts, connectors, and integrations.- In-depth knowledge of One Identity Manager IM tables and SQL for data analysis and reporting.- Experience in process orchestration, workflow automation, and RBAC implementation within One Identity Manager.- Familiarity with synchronization technologies, reconciliation processes, and rogue detection mechanisms.- Experience in onboarding and integrating applications onto the One Identity Manager platform.- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
