Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits. As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, you will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet their human capital management needs.Key Responsibilities :- Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and design solutions that leverage the capabilities of Oracle Fusion HCM to meet their human capital management objectives.- Configuration: Configure Oracle Fusion HCM application settings, business processes, security roles, and data structures to align with client requirements and ensure smooth system operations.- User Acceptance Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality, ensure compliance with business requirements, and address any issues or discrepancies identified during testing.- End-User Training: Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Oracle Fusion HCM applications, including conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and providing ongoing assistance as needed.- Data Migration and Integration: Support data migration efforts, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to migrate employee data from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion HCM.- Collaborate with integration teams to integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems as needed.- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion HCM applications, including addressing user inquiries, resolving system issues, and implementing enhancements or customizations as needed.Qualifications :- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.- Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM are a plus.- Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules in a consulting or corporate environment.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.- Experience in configuring application settings, business processes, security roles, and data structures within Oracle Fusion HCM.- Knowledge of human capital management principles, processes, and best practices.- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques, as well as system integration methods.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with HR professionals, business stakeholders, and technical teams.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM.
