Job Description :We are seeking a talented Web Designer with a strong background in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with proven expertise in cross-browser compatibility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in web design and development, with a focus on creating visually appealing and functional websites.Role : Web DesignerExperience Level : Mid to Senior (4+ years)Location : Remote/Bangalore Responsibilities : - Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web performance across various devices and platforms.- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to implement design concepts and ensure seamless integration.- Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix any issues related to user experience, performance, or compatibility.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve web design and development processes.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed. Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in web design and development.- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on modern frameworks and libraries.- Demonstrated experience in cross-browser compatibility testing and optimization.- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch.
