Job Description:- Maintain and manage IT documents in Veeva Vault QualityDoc.- Handling Service Requests tickets to manage document review and approval process.- Storing document hard copies in different storage vaults.- Retiring Documents after their expiry date.- Handling General Inquiry/Document management Consultation.- On-call out-of-office hours support on the need basis.- Create New Course and Curriculum.- Create Training Account in Training Management Application.- Deactivate Course and Curriculum.- Modify Course and Curriculum.- Create Training related reports on need basis.- Handling General Inquiry and Training Consult - Knowledge of Veeva Vault QualityDocs.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong documentation skills.- Effective written communication.- Ability to handle problems, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-tasking capability.- Ability to follow directions/job aids- Attention to detail and ability to do work without making mistakes.- Understanding of document review and approval process.- Capability to handle Service Requests- Candidate may not have expertise of the following skills, but a conceptual understanding would be required.- ServiceNow for service ticket management- Success Factor for managing training courses and curriculumRoles and Responsibilities:- Mentoring the team and taking complete ownership to drive the project as being SPOC. - Analysis of software/product requirements and produces test estimations. Ready to accept the challenges and doing multi-tasking. - Good in understanding the requirements and communication should be effective. - Following QA process (Testcase design, execution, rasing defects, Agile) - Review design specifications to ensure understanding of project. - Identify test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure coverage of project. - Identify any potential quality issues immediately report to manager. - Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters. - Working on automation tools and setting up framework which can be useful for all applications and coordinating with manual team to reduce their effort.Skills:Mandatory Skills: - Experience in Web and Desktop application testing, web services, database, Mobile testing and API testing (Postman) - Experience in Agile. - Experience in Selenium automation - Experience of any ERP applications (ref:hirist.tech)
