Position Overview :We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our SaaS-based products tailored for the survey and insurance industry. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, defining product features, and overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address the unique needs of our customers in the survey and insurance sectors.Responsibilities :Product Strategy : - Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the needs of the survey and insurance industry, driving growth and competitive differentiation.Market Research : - Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.Customer Insights : - Gather feedback from customers in the survey and insurance sectors to understand their requirements, preferences, and challenges.Product Roadmap : - Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.Requirements Gathering : - Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and customer success teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.Product Development : - Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, manage the product development lifecycle, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality releases.User Experience (UX) Design : - Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize the user experience for surveyors, insurers, and policyholders.Regulatory Compliance : - Ensure that the SaaS products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards in the survey and insurance sectors.Product Launch : - Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing collateral, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams.Product Performance : - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and usage metrics to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive product iteration and optimization.Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful product execution.Risk Management : - Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact product delivery or quality, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.- 4-6 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS-based products, preferably in the survey or insurance industry.- Deep understanding of the survey and insurance industry landscape, including key players, market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Prior experience in the survey or insurance industry is highly desirable.Benefits :- Competitive salary- Health insurance- Retirement savings plan- Flexible work hours- Hybrid work options- Professional development opportunities- Team building activities (ref:hirist.tech)
