Job Title : Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Application Support - Financial Services- ChennaiNeed someone to assist with Application Support, Business Analysis for applications involved in Digital Transformation of the company business from conventional lending and paper-driven execution to digital process. Align with Digital vision and implementation roadmap of future state digital technology, content management, analytics & cloud native solution architectures. Be an active team member assisting with maximization of digital transformation for integration of digital technology into all areas of business via technology adoption, data gathering, process definition, and organizational change. Support enhancements to existing business process, leverage tools, frameworks, platforms to increase adoption of digital platform company wide.Job Responsibility :- Understand existing applications in use within the company and align with business teams and vendors- Implement and advise automation routines as per business requirements- Support with timely and defect free delivery on project activities- Help testing product functionality delivered by technology implementation partners- Willingness to work from any company office and travel necessary- Regular reporting of monthly, bi-weekly reporting of incidents- Support applications and users in their day-to-day application related issues- Should be available to work in shifts and support business 24x7Key Skills :- Work experience with Omnifin Lending Solution, Uno Lending Solution - Preferred- Understanding of Sprints, Product Backlog & Agile / Iterative methodology - Preferred- Experience with one programming language, RPA, AI/ML technologies/frameworks - Preferred- Knowledge of BI reporting, analytical tools, data modelling and data visualization tools - PreferredMandatory :- Knowledge of SDLC, BRD, FSD, Wireframe creation- Experience working in App. Support for BFSI applications - Mandatory- Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies - Mandatory- Experience with Word, Powerpoint, Excel, tracking & collaboration tools - Mandatory- Knowledge of any one or more Loan Origination, Loan Management, GA/GL Systems, Collection Solutions, Payment Solutions, BFSI Mobile Applications etc. - MandatoryTarget Industry : Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companiesGender : OpenExperience : 3-4 years experience in Application Support roleJob Location : ChennaiWorking Days : 5 daysQualification : - Post Graduate or Graduate (Engg.) in IT, CS from a recognized university- Certifications / Certificate Courses on Fintech courses, Automation (Preferred)Notice Period : Immediate to 30 DaysRelocation candidates : No (ref:hirist.tech)
