Years of Experience & Competency :- 5 - 8+ years' experience in FULL Stack engineering with hands-on skills in programming in .Net language (expertise in ASP.NET, C#.NET, Entity Framework, MVC and SQL)Job Overview :We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in developing robust, scalable, and secure .net applications and services.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software engineering principles, a high degree of technical problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering successful projects. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision and be able to quickly adapt to changing business requirements.Mandatory Skills :- Strong Hand's on as a developer in .Net core, C#.NET and MVC- Proficient in developing applications in .Net framework along with any of the front-end applications. (Angular/React JS/MVC)- Strong understanding of micro service architecture. Hands-on experience in developing and deploying micro services on containers.- Strong Experience in design principles and Design patterns- Hand On Experience on SQL Server, writing stored procedures and complex dynamic queries.- Experience in building, optimizing application performance and security bottlenecks.- Looking for a candidate who has experience in writing unit test cases on both frontend and backend services.- Knowledge or experience of quality check for the written code either using manual or CI/CD pipelines.- Hands on experience on auto deployment- Ability to monitor the applications and debug the code in all environments.- Experience with scrum / agile project delivery methodologies- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, Azure DevOps repos.Desirable Skills :- Experience in .Net core, Microservices Azure Service, containerization, and app migration.- Experience in architecting/building/designing UI and backend frameworks.- Experience in building customized configurable & scalable solutions especially in auto scaling and load balancing Angular/React JS/.NetRole & Responsibilities Details :- Design and develop highly scalable, secure web applications and services using .Net core, MVC, React JS /Angular and containers.- Create and maintain technical designs and architecture documents.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical meetings.- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.- Performing the code reviews, maintaining the coding standards and pull request ( PR) process.- Leading scrum calls, planning sprint meetings and estimations- Expertise in token-based security implementation in both frontend and backend services- Experience in database design and performance improvements.- Ability to work as a team memberSoft Skills :- Excellent communication skills- Ability to Articulate, Suggest and Solidify use of tools and techniques.- Ability to lead the team and resolve their issues.- Result orientated.- Ability to adapt changes in technology and platform.- In-Depth knowledge and exposure to platforms like mobile, web and IOT devices- Domain knowledge across various sectors.
