Lead SAP payroll data conversion projects, ensuring successful extraction, transformation, and loading of payroll data from legacy systems to SAP.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design effective conversion strategies. 3. Develop and implement ETL processes to extract data from legacy payroll solutions and transform it into SAP-compatible formats. 4. Analyze and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the conversion process. 5. Design and implement data validation procedures to verify the accuracy of converted data. 6. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define conversion scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. 7. Provide guidance and support to junior team members involved in data conversion activities. 8. Document conversion processes, methodologies, and best practices for future reference. 9. Monitor conversion progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. 10.
