Job Description :- Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting a company's IT infrastructure and perform day-to-day IT activities.- Experience in User & Email management: Microsoft 365 OR G Suite Administration, Microsoft Outlook.- Responsible for Manage and maintain all Systems and Network hardware such as Laptop/Desktop & Servers, Network Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Biometric devices.- Install, configure and maintain Firewalls, Routers and Network Switches. Trouble shoot WIFI, Network and Internet connectivity issues.- Install and Maintain Windows Client OS, Linux Client OS and Server OS, all related Applications & Productivity tools, install security patches & upgrades, install of Drivers and Firmware updates and trouble shoot by using Remote Desktop Tools.- Management of Active Directory, User & Groups, DNS, DHCP, IIS and Files & Backups, Sharing and Security permissions, Group and Security Policies and Performance Monitoring- Create and maintain all required System and Network Documentation, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures- Installation of XAMPP, WAMP and Apache server, website hosting and trouble shooting.Knowledge on the below is an added advantage :- Backups, Virtualized infra management (VMWware/Hyper-V etc)- Good verbal and written communication skills.
