Job Tittle - Sales Manager HOMELOAN AND LAP CTC- UPTO 10LPA LOCATION- AGRA Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for home loans and LAP. - Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. - Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against goals. - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients, including --individuals, real estate agents, and builders. - Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to loan closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the mortgage industry. - Collaborate with internal departments, including credit, operations, and marketing, to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements at all times. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities for senior management. - Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies, techniques, and processes to maximize productivity and profitability. Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of home loans, LAP products, and the mortgage industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Must be results-oriented, strategic, and customer-focused. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Relevant certifications or licenses may be required (e.g., NMLS license).
