Description:
Roles & Responsibilities :- Lead design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality design solutions.- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and project goals.- Contribute to the development of design strategies that align with overall product vision and objectives.- Influence the overall user experience and design direction of products by leveraging your expertise and insights.- Translate product specifications and user psychology into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.- Conduct concept and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.- Facilitate stakeholder product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, and user testing for digital products.- Identify creative solutions to UX challenges, ensuring usability and findability across different interfaces and devices.- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various platforms and devices.- Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new product features.- Apply a user-centered design approach, rapidly test and iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.- Effectively communicate design ideas, prototypes, and design rationale to development teams and stakeholders.- Stay updated on competitor products, industry trends, and emerging design technologies.Must-haves :Requirements : - 3-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful projects.- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, user research, and usability testing.- Proficiency in Figma and other standard design software for creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity wireframes.- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in agile methodologies.- Proven ability to solve complex design problems, make strategic design decisions, and mentor junior designers.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.- Track record of contributing innovative ideas and solutions to design challenges.
