We are hiring for the Technical Lead, Dot NET role.JOB Designation : Technical Lead, Dot NET.Contract JOB Location : Pune / Hyderabad / Gurugram, Noida.Mode of Hiring : Contract. Notice Period : Immediate to 20 days. Experience : 8-10 years. Interview Topics : C#, .Net Core, Visual Studio IDE, API, Embedded,Mobile Devices projects exp. Role and Responsibilities :- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent working knowledge of object-oriented programming languages.- Overall 8+ years of software development experience.- 3+ years of software development experience within Windows environments.- Should have knowledge in APIs. C# and .NET Core coding experience using Visual Studio IDE.- Strong object-oriented and multi-threading programming skills.- Team player and self-starter with minimal supervision.- Ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbally and in writing. Key responsibilities include : - Leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using C# and .NET Core. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans. - Developing APIs and integrating them into existing systems to enable seamless communication between different components. - Utilizing Visual Studio IDE to write, debug, and deploy code efficiently. - Applying object-oriented programming principles to design scalable and maintainable software components. - Implementing multi-threading techniques to improve application performance and responsiveness. - Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance and support as needed. - Communicating effectively with team members, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the development process.
