Role Description :This is a full-time on-site role for a Ruby on Rails Developer with 5+Years experience located in Bengaluru. The Ruby on Rails Developer will be responsible for handling the back-end web development, front-end development, refactoring, and bug fixing. The Ruby on Rails Developer will also work on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Model-View-Controller (MVC), and Test Driven Development.Responsibilities :- Write clean, maintainable and efficient code- Design robust, scalable and secure features- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle- Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards)- Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into designQualifications :- Back-End Web Development skills, including Ruby and Ruby on Rails- Front-end developments, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills- Experience with Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies- Good understanding of PostgreSQL or any other databases- Familiarity with AWS and deployment- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
