We work as long and hard as necessary to get you to market.Job Description : Role : Senior Automation Tester. Location : Bangalore (Hybrid Model). Experience : 4-7 Years. Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement automated test suites using Selenium framework.- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.- Contribute to test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Investigate and troubleshoot test failures, identifying root causes and providing solutions.- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.- 4-8 years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on Selenium framework.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python.- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation test solutions within scheduled timelines (ref:hirist.tech)
