Title : Senior ServiceNow ITOM SpecialistExperience Level : 6+ yearsJob location : Coimbatore (Work from office from day 1)No of opening : 4Immediate Joiners preferred or Who can be available to join within 15 to 20 days is preferred.Job Overview :We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Operations Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful ServiceNow ITOM implementations, with extensive experience in IT infrastructure monitoring, event management, and automation.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to IT operations and infrastructure management.- Develop comprehensive strategies for integrating ServiceNow ITOM with existing systems and applications to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.- Design and implement automated workflows and orchestration processes to streamline IT operations and reduce manual effort.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, including mentoring and knowledge sharing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other ITSM (IT Service Management) processes and tools.- Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement.- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new ITOM features, assessing their potential impact on existing implementations.- Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow ITOM, providing training and support to end users and stakeholders as needed.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- 6+ years of experience in IT operations management, with a focus on ServiceNow ITOM.- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring principles and practices.- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), including GlideScript and Jelly.- Demonstrated ability to lead complex ITOM projects from conception to completion, delivering measurable business value.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - IT Operations Management certification preferred.- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
