Description:
Responsibilities :- System Installation and Configuration :- Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications.- Set up and maintain hardware components such as servers, storage, and networking equipment.- IP Phone Configuration. Network Management :- Design, implement, and manage organization-wide networks.- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security.Server Administration :- Administer and maintain servers, both physical and virtual.- Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades.- Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC).- Anti-Virus, malware & ransomware remediation.- Compliance with internal & external audit requirements for IT assets.- Monitor and manage firewall &- intrusion prevention systems.- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.Backup and Recovery :- Implement data backup, high availability and disaster recovery strategies.- Conduct regular data backups and test recovery procedures.User Support :- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and software issues.- Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.Monitoring and Performance Optimization :- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.- Optimize system and network configurations for efficiency.Documentation :- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.- Create guides for troubleshooting and standard operating procedures.Requirements :- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.- Be abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.- Ready to Work from Office.
