Job Title : Software Testing EngineerExperience : 3-6 yearsLocation : Bangalore (Work From Office)Notice Period : ImmediateBudget : 15 LPAJob Description :We are seeking a skilled Software Testing Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. As a Software Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies. You will play a critical role in identifying defects, verifying functionality, and ensuring overall product integrity.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software products.- Perform various types of testing including product testing, integration testing, and unit testing.- Identify, record, and track software defects to resolution.- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.- Automate test cases and test scripts where applicable to improve testing efficiency.- Document test results, procedures, and defects encountered during testing.- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.Mandatory Skills :- Proficiency in C++ programming language.- Experience with Linux-based systems and software testing on Linux platforms.- Knowledge of Python scripting language for Linux testing.- Experience in product testing, integration testing, or unit testing.Preferred Skills : - Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 3-6 years of experience in software testing or a related role.- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
