Job Description :What You'll do :- Working in coordination with product managers and engineers to develop interactive designs for mobile and desktop designs and continuously find ways to enhance his/her own designs and implementation.- Lead and evangelize best user-interface design practices, which create exceptional user experience- Understand customer behavior, psychology, business drivers and objectives, and translate them into efficient UI design- Have an understanding of UX design, user flow, prototypes and wire framing- Stay abreast with the latest UX design practices for mobile and web applications- Lead the design process by creating sketches, wire-frames, navigation flow charts, mockups and interactive prototypes- Think conceptually - applying a user-centered approach to requirements and inter dependencies - to develop engaging interfaces.- Make design decisions based on good judgement, experience, research and data.What makes you a great fit :- A strong product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve for both business requirements and customer needs.- Stellar interaction skills (track record of deploying user interface standards and conventions, functional communication flows, dynamic engaging interfaces).- Stellar visual skill (attention to detail, stay on brand, build new patterns).- Excellent grasp of the design thinking and process including Product/ Interaction/Visual, with the know-how to move from pencil on paper to layout to pixel-perfect hand off using tools such as Sketch, Invision, and Zeplin.- Deep understanding of design principals and industry trends.- Expert communication and presentation skills with ability to clearly present your work; you are articulate and can advocate design rationale.- Readily give and receive constructive feedback.- Expert partnering with cross functional teams in launching new products and improvements to existing features.- Experience building efficient scalable systems.
