Our focus is to drive data driven decision culture by analyzing vast amount of amount at scale.Mentorship and enablement is the core culture of the organization, we believe in "The only way to do great work is to love what you do."Role Description :Data scientist specializes in collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting large and complex datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques.Core Responsibilities :- Collecting and processing large datasets from various sources, including databases, APIs, and other structured and unstructured data sources.- Conducting statistical analysis and creating predictive models using tools such as Python, R, and SQL to extract insights from the data.- Communicating findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, often through data visualizations and presentations.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that can improve business processes, products, and services.- Developing and implementing machine learning algorithms to automate processes, identify patterns, and improve decision-making.- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, statistics, and machine learning, and integrating new techniques and technologies into the workflow.- Ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.- Providing training and guidance to other team members, including data analysts and engineers, on best practices and methods for data analysis.Required Qualifications : - Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field,- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience working with databases, data visualization tools, and machine learning algorithms.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills, are also important for success in this role.Industry experience: 10+ YearsLocation: Pune (ref:hirist.tech)
