Overview :We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Principal Software Engineer to lead our software development team in building scalable, well-designed, and architected systems for our product development company. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of development, with extensive experience in designing and building large-scale systems.What you will be doing ?- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java-based backend systems for our product development company.- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in implementing best practices, architecture, and design principles in software development.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product architecture, technology stack, and infrastructure.- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, security, and scalability of our systems.- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering, and propose new ideas and innovations to improve our products and processes.From your experience, you should :- 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend systems.- Proven experience in designing and building scalable, well-designed, and architected systems.- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, design patterns, and code reviews.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Experience in mentoring and leading a team of software engineers- Solid understanding of database technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, and caching mechanisms.- Strong understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, REST, and SOAP.- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.What will you get ?- Opportunity to build financial services and products for the next billion.- Good pay.
