Role and Responsibilities :We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our core products. Your responsibilities will include :Leading and managing the development, testing, and timely release of core productsTracking, reviewing, and optimizing key product metricsLiaising with sales, marketing, and design teams to understand business domain, requirements, and problems to plan product features and releases accordinglySolving complex performance problems and architectural challengesTroubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionalityProviding technical assistance and guidance to the teamWriting progress reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholdersIdentifying risks and forming contingency plansCandidate Qualifications :We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications :A minimum of 5 years of experience in creating web-based products individually or in a teamA minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team of engineers and product folksA thorough understanding of React.js, JavaScript, and its core principlesAbility to write and review technical documentationWorking knowledge of Python and related librariesExperience in Agile development processHands-on experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Google AnalyticsPreference will be given to candidates who have worked in marketplace companies and understand marketplace dynamicsRequired Skills :Next.jsAWS EC2AWS SAM, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, ECS, CloudWatch, EBSDataDogKubernetes (ref:hirist.tech)
