The engineer will be responsible for making an immediate and tangible impact on mission-critical projects. Customers may experience tailored content, goods, and services of their choice delivered in an easy-to-use and aesthetically pleasing manner on the lock screen of their smartphones thanks to the company's advanced technology. So far, the company has managed to secure $386mn+ in funding. This position requires a significant overlap with the IST time zone.Job Responsibilities :Create and construct applications for the Android operating systemEnsure the application's functionality, quality, and responsivenessThink creatively, develop, and inspire others by using cutting-edge technology to transform customer experiencesWork collaboratively with a team to define, design, and release new featuresTo maintain code quality, find bottlenecks/defects and fix themJob Requirements :Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)At least 6+ years of relevant experience as an Android engineerProficient experience working with Kotlin and OOPS conceptsDemonstrable experience with offline storage databases, threading, and networkingCompetent working knowledge of memory management and performance measurement tools in Android StudioSome familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end servicesComprehensive understanding of Google's design ideas and interface guidelinesFamiliarity dealing with push notifications and cloud message APIsExtensive knowledge of using code versioning systems like SVN, Git, or MercurialSome understanding of continuous integration and experience writing Android Studio Test CasesGood at data structures and logical thinkingKnowledge of the most recent Android technologies, including RX Java, Coroutines, and KotlinExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsLocation : IndiaRequirements :Focus on developers having experience in B2B and B2C companyDevelopers should have worked on product companies and consumer-facing apps (Flipkart, Myntra, BigBasket)Developers should have worked on scale - apps having 1 million installs/downloadsHigh-end tech product organizationFocus on profiles similar to Harish based on the level and projects of complexity (ref:hirist.tech)
