Position : AWS/Devops Automation EngineerExperience : 8 - 13 YearsBudget : 15 LPA - 25 LPALocation : Corporate Park, Image Gardens Rd, Behind HDFC Bank, Silicon Valley, Madhapur, TelanganaWorking days : 5 days of work from the officeShift timing : Shift time either US East coast or west coast (2 : 30 PM to 10 : 30 PM India time or 5 pm to 2 am India time) Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (including the nights)Interview process : R1 & R2- Lead will be there for 1st round ( virtual round 30 mins )R3 - round is with PM - F2F discussionR4 - US panel discussionFinal round - HR round and aptitude - F2F discussionMandatory :Candidate must be good with coding/scripting skills.Candidates who have handled Cloud Migration projects.Should have experience with Deployment Automation.AWS Deep knowledge. Should be able to modify / update / upgrade existing infra to new level.Linux Administration.Any Scripting language - Python / Shell.Good to have : Kubernetes / DockerAutomation tools - Cloud Formation / JenkinsCentralized Logging and Monitoring tools - Datadog / Prometheus / ELK - any of theseCloud Security + Infra Security - strong plus pointCertifications - e.g. Cloud Security is a positive indicator of knowledgeEnd-to-end ownership of tasks. It is the first software development shop specializing in the rapid, agile development of bespoke human resource applications using proprietary low code/no code development tools.Role Objective :Ability to identify processes where efficiency could be improved via automationAbility to research, prototype, iterate and test automation solutionsGood Technical understanding of Cloud service offering, with a sound appreciation of the associated business processes.Ability to build & maintain a strong working relationship with other Technical teams using the agile methodology (internal and external), Infrastructure Partners and Service Engagement Managers.Ability to shape and co-ordinate delivery of key initiatives to deliver improvements in stabilityGood understanding of the cost of the e2e service provision, and delivery of associated savings.Knowledge of web security principalsStrong Linux experience - comfortable working from command lineSome networking knowledge (routing, DNS)Knowledge of HA and DR concepts and experience implementing themWorking with team to analyze and design infrastructure with 99.99% up-timeQualifications :Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (e.g. Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Java, shell) or previous software development experienceExperience in building and managing production cloud environments from the ground up.Hands on, working experience with primary AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, Route53, S3)Knowledge on repository management (GitHub, SVN)Solid understanding of web application architecture and RDBMS (SQL Server preferred).Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements is a bonus. (e.g. Security, Privacy, HIPAA, SOX, etc.)Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills.Should have degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (including the nights) (ref:hirist.tech)
