Qualifications : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Architect with expertise in AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications : Software Development, Design Patterns, and Microservices Expertise : - Extensive experience in software development, with a deep understanding of design patterns and microservices architecture.- Proficiency in Java programming language is essential.Experience with Jakarta EE and System Architecture : - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jakarta EE (formerly Java EE) and system architecture design.- Experience in developing scalable and reliable enterprise applications is highly desirable.Strong Knowledge of AWS Services and Infrastructure : - In-depth understanding of AWS services and infrastructure, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and IAM.- Experience in designing, deploying, and managing applications on AWS cloud platform.Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : - Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.- Strong analytical skills to evaluate architectural decisions and propose improvements.- Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively in a Team : Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Experience with Agile Development Methodologies : - Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles.Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field : - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.- Relevant certifications in Java, AWS, or related technologies are a plus.Responsibilities : - As a Senior Java Architect With AWS, you will be responsible for : - Designing and architecting scalable, reliable, and secure Java-based applications on AWS cloud platform.- Leading the development team in implementing best practices, design patterns, and microservices architecture.- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system architecture, and drive technical decisions.- Evaluating existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing architectural enhancements.- Mentoring junior team members, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance.- Ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and AWS best practices.- Participating in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software architecture and cloud computing.
