Description:
Role Overview :We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master who will be responsible for managing our development scrum teams and assist our clients in delivering value. This is a client facing role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, agile methodologies, and team leadership. You will work closely with our front-end developers, back-end developers, test engineers, and DevOps team to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Work closely with client product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business goals.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery within budget.- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture by promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Agile practices and principles.- Act as a servant leader and advocate for the team, removing obstacles and facilitating communication to ensure smooth project execution.- Track project progress and performance metrics, and report on key milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.- Proven experience managing Agile development teams in a fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client.- Experience working with front-end, back-end developers, test engineers, and DevOps teams.- Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure)- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and practices.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
