About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Java Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience working on real-world software projects alongside experienced engineers. You will be responsible for contributing to the development, testing, and maintenance of our Java applications.Responsibilities :- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned tasks.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Java code adhering to best practices.- Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and implement features.- Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.- Assist with debugging and troubleshooting software issues.- Participate in code reviews and learn from senior developers.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies and best practices.- Learn and utilize additional tools and technologies relevant to the project.- Maintain clear and concise documentation of code and tasks.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 0-2 years of experience in Java development (or strong academic background in Java).- Strong understanding of fundamental Java programming concepts (core Java, collections, object-oriented programming).- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus.- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Eager to learn and grow as a developer.Benefits :- Opportunity to gain valuable experience working on real-world projects with Java.- Work in a collaborative and supportive environment with a team of experienced developers.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Continuous learning and development opportunities.
