Description:
Job Description :- Demonstrate a basic understanding of R and R and authentication and authorization principles to contribute to product design and development.- Comprehend technical aspects such as microservices, JSON, API, and HTTP error codes to effectively communicate with development teams and stakeholders.- Leverage scripting language or programming language experience to contribute to product customization and automation efforts.- Create comprehensive documentation to ensure clarity and understanding among all stakeholders, including end-users, developers, and product managers.- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate product updates, requirements, and issues to internal teams and customers.- Utilize customer handling experience to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.- Manage stakeholders with minimal assistance, including conducting regular meetings, providing progress updates, and managing expectations.- Plan and prioritize activities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver to agreed timelines, ensuring successful product launches and updates.- Utilize SCM exposure or functional consulting experience to contribute to product strategy and implementation.- Demonstrate the ability to manage parallel projects and thrive in ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech)- Strong understanding of SDLC and software implementation processes.- Experience working with web applications and mobile applications.- Ability to execute and debug automation scripts and tools.- Basic level of networking and operating system knowledge.- Exposure to R and R and authentication and authorization principles.- Familiarity with technical concepts such as microservices, JSON, API, and HTTP error codes.- Experience with scripting languages or programming languages is a plus.- Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.- Customer handling experience is preferred.- Strong stakeholder management and project planning skills.- SCM exposure or functional consulting experience is a plus.- Ability to manage parallel projects and thrive in ambiguous environments.
