Job Description :We are seeking a Nagios Admin L3 for a full-time on-site role. As a Nagios Admin L3, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Nagios monitoring system, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the availability and performance of critical systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement monitoring solutions and provide technical support.Responsibilities :- Manage and maintain the Nagios monitoring system to ensure the availability and performance of critical systems.- Troubleshoot issues related to the Nagios monitoring system and implement solutions to resolve them in a timely manner.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement monitoring solutions for new systems and applications.- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients regarding Nagios monitoring and related issues.- Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.- Develop and maintain documentation related to the Nagios monitoring system, including configurations and troubleshooting procedures.- Stay updated with the latest developments in Nagios and other monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance and security.- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to monitoring alerts and incidents as needed.Qualifications :- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Experience in administrative assistance, preferably in an IT environment.- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support.- Knowledge of finance concepts (preferred but not required).- Experience with Nagios or other monitoring systems.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions.- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Relevant certifications in IT or related fields (preferred).- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
