Responsibilities:- Design and Implement Palo Alto Networks: Design and deploy Palo Alto network and security solutions based on business requirements and best practices.- Configuration and Management: Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and other network security appliances.- Network Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor Palo Alto networks for performance, security, and availability, and optimize configurations as needed.- Security Policy Management: Develop and maintain security policies, rules, and access controls on Palo Alto firewalls.- Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Investigate and respond to network security incidents, and troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, security analysts, and system administrators to implement network security solutions and resolve issues.- Compliance: Ensure Palo Alto networks comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Palo Alto networks.- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall platforms (e.g., PA-800 Series, PA-3200 Series, PA-5200 Series, PA-7000 Series).- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing Palo Alto firewall policies, VPNs, and security features.- In-depth understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, BGP, OSPF, etc.).- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Palo Alto Networks certifications (e.g., PCNSA, PCNSE) preferred.- Experience with other network security technologies (e.g., Cisco ASA, Check Point) is a plus.
