Job Description :We are currently seeking a Python Developer with 5-7 years of total work experience to join our team. This role primarily involves operations management related to capacity issues, with a significant emphasis on automation using Python. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and experience working in Linux environments. The role will encompass debugging issues, implementing modifications and enhancements, and ensuring the smooth operation of automation scripts and machines.Responsibilities :- Manage operations related to capacity issues, including daily tasks such as cluster expansion, releasing clusters, and transferring machines between clusters.- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.- Debug issues as they arise and implement necessary modifications and enhancements to existing automation scripts.- Ensure the reliability and stability of automation processes and machines running on Linux platforms.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that meet operational needs.- Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.- Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to operations and automation.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation and Linux systems administration.Skills Required :- Total work experience between 5-7 years.- Strong proficiency in Python programming, with at least 3 years of experience.- Proficiency in Linux systems administration, with at least 2 years of experience.- Experience in operations management, particularly dealing with capacity-related issues.- Ability to work with automation tools and frameworks to streamline operational tasks.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to debug issues effectively.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Working hours : 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
