Description:

Roles & Responsibilities : - Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes related to finance and controlling.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using SAP FICO solutions.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.SAP FICO Implementation :- Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation projects from conception to completion.- Customize and enhance SAP FICO functionalities to align with client-specific business processes and requirements.Master Data Management :- Define and implement master data management strategies within SAP FICO, ensuring data integrity and consistency.- Configure and maintain master data elements such as chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and cost elements.Stakeholder Collaboration :- Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, finance teams, IT professionals, and senior management.- Communicate effectively to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address issues or concerns.SAP SuccessFactors Integration (Optional) :- Utilize knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to facilitate integration with SAP FICO for seamless HR and finance processes.- Configure integration points and data mappings between SuccessFactors and SAP FICO modules.Qualifications and Skills :- Experience in consulting and implementing SAP FICO solutions, including configuration, customization, and optimization.- Proficiency in master data management within SAP FICO, ensuring data quality and consistency.- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus, but not required.
