Job Description :Job Title : Senior Salesforce DeveloperAre you a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with a passion for building innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform? We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Salesforce Developer. If you have 5-6 years of experience and a strong background in Salesforce development, we want to hear from you.Location : BangaloreKey Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.- Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce applications.- Configure and customize Salesforce features such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Workflows.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and middleware platforms.- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Salesforce platform guidelines.- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, incorporating them into Salesforce projects where applicable.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on custom application development.- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and middleware platforms.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. -Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
