Job Summary :With the next big leap in this space, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. As a Certified Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment, empowering the team to achieve their goals.Requirements :- At least 3-years of experience in the current role as a Scrum Manager leading a 1-2 scrum teams of 8-9 members.- Candidate should be from Developments/QA/Application or Support background.- At least 2 years of experience in a product company.- Good communications and proactive player on understanding requirements and providing effective solutions.- High Proficiency in Agile project management tools.- Scrum certification is a plus.
