About the Role :We are seeking a talented and passionate UI Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of user interfaces (UIs) for our web applications, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to bring our product vision to life.Responsibilities :- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable front-end code.- Develop interactive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications render flawlessly across various devices (desktops, tablets, mobiles).- Write well-documented, efficient, and testable code adhering to best practices.- Integrate UI components with back-end APIs using appropriate methods (e.g., RESTful APIs).- Experience with UI component libraries and frameworks (e.g., Material Design).- Utilize preprocessors like Sass or LESS to manage CSS complexity and maintain consistency.- Collaborate with designers and developers to understand requirements, identify technical feasibility, and propose solutions.- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure UI functionality and performance.- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.Technical Skills Required :- Strong knowledge of UI/MVC architecture- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (including advanced features)- Experience with UI Metadata Development using Sass or LESS- Experience in building UIs with Material Design frameworks- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts- Solid knowledge of a JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular 5+)- Familiarity with TypeScript (a plus)Bonus Points :Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js)- Experience with accessibility best practices (WCAG)- Familiarity with UI animation libraries (e.g., GreenSock)- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest)Qualifications :- 2-5 years of experience as a UI Developer or similar role- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills- Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines (ref:hirist.tech)
