Key Responsibilities:- Lead Golang Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Golang-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.- Concurrency: Demonstrate good knowledge of concurrency concepts in Golang, including channels, wait groups, and goroutines. Leverage these concepts effectively to build scalable and high-performance applications.- Networking Projects: Have experience working on networking projects in Golang, including TCP/IP and UDP protocols. Design and implement networked applications, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency.- Performance Optimization: Possess the ability to debug Golang code for performance and scalability. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through profiling, optimization, and code refactoring.- Deployment on AWS: Lead end-to-end deployment of Golang applications on AWS infrastructure. - Configure and manage AWS services including S3, EC2, VPC, Subnets, API Gateway, etc. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of deployed applications.- Containerization: Have good knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose for containerizing Golang applications. Design and manage Docker-based deployment workflows to streamline application deployment and management.- Networking Concepts: Demonstrate conceptual knowledge of networking protocols such as DNS, TCP, UDP, and ICMP. Apply networking concepts effectively in designing and implementing distributed systems.- AWS Experience: Possess hands-on experience with various AWS services and technologies, including S3, EC2, AWS Networking, VPC, Subnets, and API Gateway. Design and implement scalable and fault-tolerant architectures on AWS.- Linux Proficiency: Experience with Linux is essential for this role. Proficiency in Linux command-line utilities and system administration tasks is required for application deployment and troubleshooting.- General Engineering Skills: Exhibit strong general engineering skills including problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Apply engineering best practices in all phases of the software development lifecycle.- Database Knowledge: Have experience working with both relational and non-relational databases. Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data consistency and integrity.- Code Quality and Maintenance: Ensure high code quality and maintainability through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration. Implement coding standards and best practices to facilitate code maintenance and collaboration.- Environment Setup: Set up and maintain development, testing, and production environments for Golang applications. Automate environment setup and configuration using infrastructure-as-code tools.Skills:- AWS- Go (Golang)- Docker- EC2- NetworkingEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Certifications: Relevant certifications in AWS and Golang development are a plus.
