About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining complex and scalable Java applications. You will be a technical leader, mentoring junior developers and collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, document, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable Java applications adhering to best practices and coding standards.- Lead the development process for assigned projects, including technical design, coding, unit testing, code reviews, and integration.- Deep dive into complex technical challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and optimizing existing code for performance and efficiency.- Utilize various Java frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA) to build robust and efficient applications.- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality.- Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to colleagues and fostering a culture of code quality.- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues independently and collaboratively.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and development.- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the technical well-being of the team.
