Job Description :Role & Responsibilities :Work closely with Senior Engineers, Architects, User Experience, and Product Management teams to design and develop applications with highly scalable user interfacesAlways look for continuous improvement of UI using latest front end frameworks and librariesTranslates designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces using responsive design, ensuring cross browser compatibility and performanceDefine the process to build reusable components and front-end libraries for future useOptimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsersResolves issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work productIdeal Candidate :Experience serving in a lead role within a web engineering teamMinimum 4+ years of experience in frontend development primarily using ReactExperience in Hypertext Markup Language Revision 5 (HTML5), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), TypeScript and ReactJS (javascript)Thorough understanding of NodeJs & React.js (SSR) and its core principlesExperience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Passion for building a rich and innovative user experienceFamiliarity with RESTful APIsExcellent communication skillsAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsMotivation and ability to be productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentA self-starter, who loves to take on hard problems and enthusiastic to learn new technologies and working in startup environmentsAmbitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.Ability to manage change and be open to it good time management and an ability to work under stress (ref:hirist.tech)
