What You'll Contribute :- You have an opportunity to build a world-class DevOps enablement team to empower our product and engineering organization to innovate at the speed of business. You are responsible for attracting, growing, and sustaining the best DevOps Subject Matter Experts globally.- You will bring to the team a proven track record of building an enablement organization through building strong relationship with DevOps engineering team, Change Management team, Product and Engineering, Global Technology Services, Cyber-security, education, and professional services organizations.- You will create a strategy with a coherent plan to build out your center of excellence teams, for example developer velocity, end2end quality, end2end security, Infra-as-code, GitOps, KPIs measurement, etc.- You will be responsible for defining, communicating, enabling, and institutionalizing the best DevOps practices into the product engineering teams.- You will partner closely with the education team to measure and improve the outcome of learning and DevOps enablement through software delivery metrics.- You need to use data to inform decision making. Analyze data for trends and potential pain points and use this to prioritize and inform how to improve your enablement priorities.- You will manage communication with various stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure alignment.- You will facilitate and moderate tough discussions to keep programs on track and raise issues when needed.- You will develop reports/dashboards and communicate on a regular cadence to relevant stakeholders to keep everyone informed.- You need to think strategically about how to solve root problems in a scalable and repeatable way to help improve Company's product engineering globally.- You need to gather feedback from key stakeholders and provide recommendations on the best way to advance enablement goals.- You need to act as an agent for change within the organization to build strong teams and advance Company's platform first agenda.- Company Platform provides the ideal foundation companies need to marry the power of human expertise and logic with artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to drive smarter, faster, and more profitable business outcomes. We bring the power of human expertise and artificial intelligence together, enabling our clients to make real-time decisions that matter, at scale.What We're Seeking :- An experienced people manager and visionary leader who is passionate about developing leaders and growing others.- Ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: Lean Thinker, Agile Mindset, Strong Listener, Development Experience, Hands-on DevOps Experiences, Easily Builds Trusting Relationships, Focused on Continual Improvement, Charismatic, Strong Leadership Traits, High Level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Experience with Organizational Change Management.- Ideal candidate leads by example to embrace DevOps culture and mindset including culture of psychological safety, empowerment, experimentation, collaboration, co-create, continuous improvement, disagree and commit, and outcome over output.- Real-life DevOps transformation experience with end2end visibility of product development lifecycle.- Ideal candidate has working experience in Lean Product management, OKR (Objective and Key Results), Agile development, shift-left testing, shift-left security, Infra-as-code, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), DevOps measurement such as DORA KPIs, PaaS/SaaS, DevOps architecture and value stream.- Experience working asynchronously in a remote, distributed team. Experience leading global teams.- Strong communication skills, with clear verbal communication as well as written communication skills.- Experience developing a strategy for the DevOps enablement teams. The strategy should include a diagnosis that defines or explains the nature of the challenge, a guiding policy for dealing with the challenge, and a set of coherent actions that are designed to carry out the guiding policy.- Collaborative style: partners well with cross-functional teams solve hard problems and to complete complex deliverables with quality and business outcome.- Ability to work across organizations with Product management, Product Engineering, Cyber Security, UX, Global Technology Services, Legal, education and professional services.- Strong on influencing and relationship building while exceptional in conflict management skills.- Proficient knowledge and experience delivering presentations to a large number of stakeholders and executives.- Extensive experience in software development, engineering, product management or program management, or equivalent experience with a proven ability to enable product and engineering organization.- Extensive experience with people management experience and leading and developing teams.- Analytics and financial industry background is a plus.- High-tech product enablement and educational experience is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in highly related field; Advanced degree a plus.
