Key Responsibilities :- Responsible for the overall product development lifecycle.- Create and own technical roadmap and architectural standards which optimally aligns with business objectives- Justify engineering decisions to stakeholders backed by solid rationale and conviction- Learn and adopt the best technology that is suitable for the product- Frequently contribute to the low-level design and code review activities- Roll up sleeves and contribute to code and design if required- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team- Management of the departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, enhancing and maintaining a best of class engineering team- Work closely with the team to architect and develop the best technical design and approach- Contribute substantially to innovation and overcome technology limitations to deliver on customer experience- Ensure healthy delivery and development culture with agile mindsetPreferred Qualifications :- 8+ years of hands-on development experience with latest web technologies- 5+ years of Engineering leadership experience- 5+ years of experience of working in SaaS (software as a service) industry- Well versed with data structures and algorithms- Hands on experience in product development (full stack) with solid understanding of both server-side and front-end technologies- Must have the ability to understand the technical and non-technical aspects of product development- Experience developing technology solutions in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat We Offer :- Competitive salary- Medical Benefits/Accident Cover- Flexi Office Working Hours- Fast paced start up (ref:hirist.tech)
