Job Description :- Design and Implementation- Advanced configuration and Troubleshooting- Analysis of technical issues and permanent fix/solution- Implementation of RAC- Implementation of ASM- Implementation of Data Guard for database failover between Data center and DR site, perform switchover /failover activities. Work on issues that couldn't be resolved by L2 team.- Formulating Backup and Recovery strategies.- Experience in Upgrade and Migration of oracle database to higher version and other platforms.- Physical and Logical database designing- Design for CPU, memory, and storage capacity requirements.- Designed and Implemented database security using Oracle roles and privileges. And securities for users and applications.- Designing database for High Availability- Designing a Strategy to Maintain and Manage Databases- Configured securities and access to production databases.- Understanding of OLTP database architecture.- Work on the performance issues related to Clustering, create logical diagrams to figure out the loop pools in the database designs and functionality.- SQL tuning and optimization- Knowledge on any of the cloud environments- Strong communication/customer facing skills.- Good problem solving skills.- Business Focused (ref:hirist.tech)
