Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor other developers. This role involves working on complex projects, designing and implementing high-quality software solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.- Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer or similar role.- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.- Knowledge of database systems, SQL, and ORM technologies.- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to lead and manage technical projects and initiatives.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Knowledge of microservices architecture.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).- Understanding of security principles and best practices.
