Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior AV/VC Technical Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Polycom AV/VC products, along with proficiency in managing and troubleshooting solutions from other leading providers such as Cisco, Jabra, Creston, ZOOM, and Blue Jeans Cloud Video conferencing Solutions. This role will require in-depth technical knowledge and the ability to effectively build and manage AV/VC systems to meet the organization's requirements.Key Responsibilities : - Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of all types of AV/VC products, primarily focusing on Polycom solutions.- Proficiency in managing Polycom RealPresence Clariti, Realconnect for O365, and various Polycom Voice/Video endpoints.- Experience in handling endpoints including RealPresence- Group Series 300, 310, Polycom- Trio- 8800 & 8500, Polycom- SoundPoint IP, Polycom- VVX- Series, Skype for Business- edition VVX- series, Skype for Business- edition Trio- 8800 & 8500, Polycom- RealPresence Centro- , Polycom- RealPresence Medialign- , RealPresence- Group Series, Polycom- HDX, and RealPresence- Desktop (excluding Immersive and CX8000).- Installation and troubleshooting knowledge of video endpoints components, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing technical expertise and support.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 9-15 years of hands-on experience in AV/VC technical roles, with a focus on Polycom products.- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting AV/VC solutions from leading providers including Polycom, Cisco, Jabra, Creston, ZOOM, and Blue Jeans Cloud Video conferencing Solutions.- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Polycom RealPresence Clariti, Realconnect for O365, and various Polycom Voice/Video endpoints.- Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of a wide range of AV/VC endpoints, including RealPresence- Group Series, Polycom- Trio- , Polycom- SoundPoint IP, Polycom- VVX- Series, Skype for Business- edition VVX- series, and Polycom- RealPresence Centro- .- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in writing.- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.- Certification in relevant AV/VC technologies (e.g., Polycom Certified Videoconferencing Engineer, Cisco Certified Videoconferencing Engineer) is preferred.Location : Mumbai (ref:hirist.tech)
