Job Description :Position : Performance & Load Testing Company : Infintiti Software solutions private Limited Location : ChennaiResponsibilities :- Design and develop performance and load testing plans.- Select and utilize appropriate performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).- Create test scripts to simulate real-world user behavior.- Execute performance and load tests against various application components (web applications, APIs, databases).- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.- Report on test findings and recommend performance improvements.- Collaborate with developers and other testers to resolve performance issues.- Stay up-to-date on the latest performance testing tools and methodologies.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 4+ years of experience in performance and load testing.- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts (scalability, response times, throughput).- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.) is a plus.- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java) is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills About the Role :We are seeking a talented and motivated Performance and Load Testing Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance and load tests for our software applications.
