The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of working with untagged, unstructured data and possess expertise in solving complex problems related to text data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building classification, clustering, and embeddings related models, using open-source solutions for data annotation, and addressing multiple model machine learning challenges.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and implement appropriate tooling and frameworks- Conceptualize, design, and develop NLP applications- Contribute to high-quality publications or patents- Develop innovative solutions for problems associated with untagged, unstructured data- Work on classification, clustering, and embeddings to enhance language understanding systems- Use open-source products to facilitate efficient data annotation- Tackle various machine learning problems involving multiple models- Provide support for both new projects and maintain existing models- Perform in-depth data analysis on text data to derive valuable insights- Conduct experimentation with different models to optimize performance- Implement auto-monitoring mechanisms for models in productionRequired Skills :- Bachelor's degree in computer science/Data Science/Business analytics or engineering with a focus on NLP- 2.5+ years of practical relevant experience- Proven expertise in NLP applications, with a focus on untagged, unstructured data- Experience with classification, clustering, and embeddings in the context of text data- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and interpretation of textual and unstructured data- Proactive approach to problem-solving and experimentation with various models- Effective communication and collaboration within a team environment- Expertise in machine learning platforms, frameworks, and libraries like pandas, transformers, pytorch and Langchain- Profound understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction, data structures, and modeling- Proficient in Python programming and database programming language for Relational and Non-Relational databases.- Documentation experience for complex software components- Experience in the entire product lifecycle - design, development, quality, deployment, and maintenance- Solid understanding of data annotation strategies for untagged text data- Creative problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills :- Knowledge of auto-monitoring techniques for models in production- Master's degree in computer science/Data Science/Business analytics or engineering with a focus on NLP- Familiarity with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning e.g. Vector databases and LLMs- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment- Proficiency in open-source solutions for data annotation (ref:hirist.tech)
