Job : Senior Product Manager Experience : 6-10 Yrs Job Location : Noida/Bangalore/Gurgaon/Pune/Hyderabad Your Mission :As an experienced Product Owner, Product Management, collaborate with product management leads, architects, user experience designers, engineers, testers, and project managers to deliver solutions.- Be a leader, backlog owner, and end-user expert for a cross-functional Agile team of developers, quality assurance, online help and training authors, architects and UX designers- Interact with product managers, internal subject matter experts, and customer end-users to understand and define the key problems, requirements, workflows, and define solutions- Create detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria.- Work closely with User Experience designers to develop and approve user experience flows and designs- Work closely with development team comprised of global members in an Agile Scrum environment to refine, prioritize and support the development, testing and release of functionality- Support and lead key internal cross-functional activities necessary for successful product release including sales and support training and general product awareness. - Lead customer feedback sessions, preparing presentations and engaging end users effectively to define innovative solutions- Create presentations and demos to help train internal teams and educate customer users on roadmap and new functionality- Review, prioritize, comment and follow up on product defects- Evangelize the product and serve as a point of contact and product expert for internal teams and external customers- Partner with customer support to assist in the resolution of escalated concerns. - Triage and prioritize bug fixes in the product backlogYour Competencies:- Experience with user experience and business process development- Experience with application and system development- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)- Experience in agile development and using development tools- Analytical thinking and problem solving- Results oriented and business value focused- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work collaboratively and influence in a matrixed environment- Ability to communicate complex technological concepts to business users- Ability to translate and communicate business needs into technical requirements- Able to define incremental development paths for functionality to achieve future visionYour Education & Experience:- 6-10 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or equivalent - Experience working with international teams while navigating and respecting cultural nuances; strong people skills to lead collaboration across functions and organizations- Passion for creating customer value through innovative technology solutions- Self-starter attitude, Results-driven, data-driven, and action-oriented - Able to present to senior management level audiences, both internal and external- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities- Familiarity or work experience in the Pharmaceutical space is highly desired but not required.- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical degree.ABOUT AXTRIA :Axtria is life sciences focused global big data analytics and software technology company, we help Life Sciences companies to transform the product commercialization journey to drive sales growth and improve healthcare outcomes for patients.
