Description:
Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Disclosure Management Consultant with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements, with a particular focus on SAP Disclosure Management. They should possess expertise in generating reports from the disclosure management module, understanding the integration between BW (Business Warehouse) and DM, and have experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project. Additionally, excellent communication skills are required for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and configure applications to align with business processes and application requirements.- Utilize SAP Disclosure Management to generate reports in compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.- Provide expertise in integrating SAP Disclosure Management with BW and other relevant systems.- Lead or participate in end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users on utilizing SAP Disclosure Management effectively.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure system stability.- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to continuously improve systems and processes.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Master's degree preferred.- 5-10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Disclosure Management.- Proficiency in designing, building, and configuring applications in alignment with business requirements.- Strong understanding of financial reporting processes and regulatory compliance.- Experience with integrating SAP Disclosure Management with BW and other SAP modules.- Demonstrated ability to lead or participate in end-to-end implementation projects.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- SAP Certification in Disclosure Management is a plus.
