Job Description :As a core member of the Information Security team, you will help shape and deliver core infrastructure to power Oxyzo's security capabilities. In this role, you will set the technical direction for building and operating security-critical software, platforms, tools, frameworks, and libraries. With a security-first mindset, you will establish secure software development patterns and DevSecOps culture.Oxyzo being an NBFC, need to follow RBI guidelines on Information security. You will need to understand the extant regulations, assess our security infrastructure and implement solutions following best practices. Responsibilities :1. Security Infrastructure Management :a. Implement and manage security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection /prevention systems, antivirus software, and other security tools. b. Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and address potential weaknesses.2. Incident Response and Monitoring :a. Develop and maintain incident response plans, and lead investigations into security incidents.b. Monitor security alerts and incidents; participate in on-call rotation for incident response.3. Policy and Compliance :a. Establish and enforce security policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.b. Work closely with internal teams to ensure security controls are integrated into all aspects of the development and operational processes.4. Security Awareness and Training :a. Provide security training and awareness programs for employees, ensuring a strong security culture throughout the organization.5. Emerging Threat Analysis :a. Stay current on the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and threats; evaluate and recommend emerging security technologies.Qualifications :- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Cyber Security Engineer or in a similar role.- Experience in information security, security automation, and/or DevSecOps.- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.- Strong understanding of networking protocols and architecture.- Experience building and/or operating access control, authentication, and/or authorization systems.- Familiarity with security technologies like SIEM, WAF, EDR, and SAST.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
