NASSCOM provides us the possibility to collaborate with a startup to enterprise organization which gives two-way opportunity to contribute and learn.Responsibilities :- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for software products- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and stability of software applications- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases based on business requirements- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks- Analyze test results and communicate findings to stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and other team members- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives- Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to optimize efficiency and effectivenessQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on web and mobile applications- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
