Job Title : BOTOPS (Bot Operations) SpecialistJob Summary : As a BOTOPS (Bot Operations) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of chatbots and other automated systems within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain chatbots that enhance customer experiences, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency. Your role will involve monitoring bot interactions, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance bot performance and user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities :1. Design and develop chatbots and conversational interfaces using appropriate tools and technologies.2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives for bot implementations.3. Implement and configure chatbot platforms, including natural language understanding (NLU) engines and dialogue management systems.4. Monitor bot performance, analyze usage data, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.5. Optimize bot conversations and workflows to improve user engagement, satisfaction, and task completion rates.6. Continuously update and enhance bots with new features, content, and capabilities based on user feedback and emerging trends.7. Work closely with IT teams to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of bot systems.8. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to interact with and manage bots effectively.9. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in conversational AI to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, product managers, and business analysts, to integrate bots into various systems and processes.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in developing and implementing chatbots or conversational AI solutions.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.- Familiarity with chatbot platforms and frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework).- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques is a plus.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is desirable.- Certifications in chatbot development or AI-related fields are advantageous (ref:hirist.tech)
